Getting Started with bloXmove

To become a driver, follow these steps:

  • Download and install the bloXmoveNG Driver app on your device.
  • Enter your personal details, vehicle information, and bank details.
  • After submission, you will be directed to the Driver verification form page.
  • Fill out the Driver verification form and upload the required documents.
  • After submitting the required documents our support team will verify the submitted details and you will be notified of a successful onboarding.

To complete the onboarding process, you need a National ID card (NIN), a valid driver’s license or a certificate of proficiency in driving and a certificate of vehicle ownership.

All vehicle models with at least 4 spaces are accepted, but the minimum production year of the vehicle should be 2007.

Payment

Earnings for each trip are paid out directly to your in-app wallet.

Earnings are paid out immediately after a trip is successful.

Prices for each trip are determined through consultations with drivers and passengers to ensure fair charging.

You can withdraw your earnings in-app from the wallet section directly to your bank account.

Trip related issues

To go online, click the “Go Online” button. You’ll receive ride requests as notifications, which you can accept by clicking “Accept.”

You can cancel a ride only if the rider has not started it.

No, as a driver, you do not get charged for cancelling a ride. However, the reasons for the cancellation will be reviewed.

A ride code is a six-digit number that corresponds to that of the rider for the assigned trip. This is to ensure that the rider and driver were correctly matched for the trip.

You can contact the rider using the provided phone number when you click on the call Icon of the ride request.

 You can review and rate the rider at the end of each trip. You can also review a rider by selecting the ride on your transaction History.

To report a rider, send a message or email to our support with relevant details.

Profile and account

Yes, you can edit your profile details in the profile section of the app.

Yes, you can delete your account in the profile section of the app, but note that deleting your account will also result in the loss of all associated NFTickets.

To update your vehicle information and documents, go to the profile section of the app and select “Edit Details.”

If your account was compromised, please contact our support team with detailed information about the issue.

A recovery phrase is a sequence of randomly generated words used to back up and restore access to your in-app wallet and account. It serves as a safeguard against device loss, or hardware failures

Your recovery phrase can be accessed in the profile section of the app after onboarding keep it safe and offline, stored in a secure, private location, as it grants access to your assets.

If you no longer have access to the recovery phrase you will lose access to your account, create a new account and reach out to our support.
